WSI Live Operator is a third party monitoring service which allows you to "outsource" your live chat operators. It was developed to compliment WSI Live Chat to ensure that your website visitors will have a trained operator knowedgable about your products and services to answer their chat request.
A shared operator monitors several websites at the same time. You will only be charged $1 per minute for minutes they spend chatting with your clients’ site visitors. (There is a minimum charge of $25 dollars per month and a setup fee applies to train the operators on your product and services.) Dedicated operators are also available upon request.
